Wilsonhalligan are looking for an Operations Director to manage the day-to-day activities of an established Maritime company in the UK.
The ideal candidate will:
- have a Superyacht Officer/Captain background
- have an excellent leadership skills
- have a proven ability to lead a team to meet goals and quotas
- be results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- have an experience in setting sales goals
- a good knowledge of the marine industry
Start: October
Location: United Kingdom (Right permit to work and live is a MUST)
Salary: £60k-£70k (DOE)
