Admin Assistant – UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a prestigious team supporting the operations of a 100m vessel. This role is ideally suited to a former yacht purser or someone with relevant experience in logistics, basic accounting, and operational support.
Your Experience:
- Previous experience as a yacht purser or similar administrative/operational role within the maritime industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex logistics.
- Proficiency in basic accounting, including budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Valid passport and the right to live and work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operational requirements of a 100m vessel, liaising with the crew and management team.
- Handle logistics, including procurement, shipping, and inventory management.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and budget monitoring.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Location: UK
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
